Spinnsoft is now part of ArtCloud!
The fit was always very natural. ArtCloud and Spinnsoft both focus on developing sales and marketing tools that help galleries sell more artwork, coupled with a customer-first mindset and personalized support.
From the beginning, the focus has been on ensuring that this is a win and positive experience for Spinnsoft customers.
ArtCloud's development team worked for nearly a year to develop a data importer specifically for Spinnsoft's software. This makes it possible for us to provide a seamless, hassle-free data transfer with minimal disruption to galleries' day-to-day operations. The full data migration is automated and can be completed in a matter of hours.
Personalized training is another element of our commitment to Spinnsoft customers. Our support team is working closely with Spinnsoft customers to help them get the most out of ArtCloud's Manager Pro.
Over the next 6 months we'll be migrating all Spinnsoft customers onto ArtCloud's platform. This includes complimentary data migration and training to ensure a smooth transition.
